Founder Mark R. Haas helps CEOs and boards rethink strategy when the ground shakes.

With decades as management consultant, entrepreneur, CEO, board chair, and ethics officer, I've gained perspective to help leaders see past plans and assumptions. Most strategies fail not from bad ideas but from misalignment and untested beliefs. My best work starts when leaders say, ‘We’ve done what we know how to do. What are we missing?’

Meet Mark R. Haas

Executives and boards face increasingly complex growth challenges for which most strategies are inadequate. To help level the playing field, I started Haas Strategy Solutions.

I am also CEO/co-founder of AEG, the Association for Enterprise Growth, an ecosystem of business leaders: midmarket CEOs, elite business advisors in complementary disciplines, and regional centers of influence. Emphasizing relationships over transactions, AEG curates communities through tailored experiences and resources, accelerating trust to foster personal and business growth.

Previously, I was Founder and President of Research and Organization Management (ROM), a DC-based management consulting firm helping midmarket executives and boards adopt a systems approach and mindset to integrate diagnostics, strategy formation, business models, and performance management.
